You kooky girls keep up so busy I can't keep up this blog!
Today was Sabine's last day at Glendale Montessori. I got a little sad saying goodbye to teacher Goia for the last time. We made sure to get there early so we could do a job like we like to do when I drop her off if there's time. I thought it would be nice to do the same job we did on our 1st day at the school, where we match gems with cards that have their pictures and names on them. But that was a job invented by Wendy, Sabine's teacher with Goia last year, and they didn't have it anymore! So we did a job that stacks sticks of different lengths horizontally. We tried to line them up vertically too but I couldn't get them to stay up! So when they fell down I prtended to cry and the other girls at the table thought that was pretty funny.
Tonight is Sabine's graduation party at Golden Road. I'm so proud of my little girl who's not so little anymore! She is a marvelous person, artist, friend, sister, dancer, singer, and daughter. Vivi, you're pretty great too ;-)

Hi girls, Been away from this for awhile, sorry. You guys are super adorable and excellent kids. Friday Sabine got bit by Lucy and Viv was so sweet and helpful making her feel better. Today Viv was singing crazy "lalala" songs and Sabine was yelling "SHUT UP!" in a funny way. Later Viv will go to the doctor for her shin and hopefully we will all go out to dinner later. xox

Home sick

Poor Vivi had to be picked up last Wednesday at school because she had a fever. She was sick all weekend. Got a little better Saturday afternoon so we went to dinner at Louise's and got ice cream but Vivi was feverish again Sunday. Then Monday Sabine woke up with the fever. Hopefully Vivi can go to school tomorrow and Mom & Dad won't get it.

Today we had Ingrid over for a playdate in the afternoon. Had lots of fun til Ingrid by accident pushed Sabine off Vivian's bed and she did a somersault and landed on her back. We think she got the wind knocked out of her. She cried and cried, then Ingrid started crying because she felt bad that she had hurt Sabine. Later Sabine was fine and we were playing "monster" and Vivian grabbed Sabine's hand to help her get away from the "monster" (Daddy) but she pulled Sabine right into the wall and she banged the side of her head, her eyebrow, and her ear into the wall in the dining room. Now her ear is all bruised. Later she was feeling better and very tired since she'd skipped nap and when she was falling asleep, Mommy was rubbing her forehead and Sabine fell asleep and started laughing, then woke up for a minute and said, "What was that?" And Mommy said, "I don't know, you feel asleep and I guess you had a nice dream." And Sabine said, "Funny!" And went back to sleep.

Last night in the bath I told Vivian she was going to school the next day with the Goodmans. Sabine smiled and said, "I'm going with the Badmans."

Yesterday Sabine woke up from her nap with a horse book on her tummy, sat up, and immediately said, "I'm gonna ride this one!" which is what she always says when looking at those books.
